If you walk east, you can walk the beach into the exciting town of Folly Beach in less than a mile. If you walk west along the beach in less than a quarter of a mile you will end up at the pristine county park where the Island meets the folly river perfect for birdwatching, dolphin watching and nature lovers! Or just wake up and jump in the ocean! Few Folly homes enjoy this type of unparalleled privacy and seclusion. That is why we call it Fantasy ‘Island’! Three sides of the house are surrounded by marsh wilderness and the backyard is completely private. There is an unbelievable amount of parking at this house with its giant winding cement driveway-parks up to 10 cars!

Gas fireplace, granite countertops and modern kitchen with new appliances including gas stove. Inside the sunroom is a stairmaster exercise machine for those who want a workout. The Master Bedroom downstairs has a king bed. There is a full bath with a jet tub and double vanity off the Master. The second floor master bedroom on the right also has a king bed with a private bath and double vanity. Two other bedrooms on this floor share a hall bath and both have queen beds. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor has 3 single beds and TWO queen beds. A view of the ocean can be seen from the 2nd and 3rd floors. With an easy walk to the beach this is a perfect location to create some wonderful Folly memories. Giant front porch includes 4 rocking chairs for relaxing and listening to the sound of the waves.
